Summary:
The Straw Hats stare in shock at the huge hole created by Nami’s Clima-Tact, but their joy is short lived when they hear Big Mom’s footsteps inside the hole and hear her calling for the wedding cake. They wonder if she can climb out of the hole, but Jinbe reveals that she moves in a different way when the Straw Hats realize that she is eating the ground to come at them from below. Big Mom then emerges and the crew quickly starts running again. However, they are soon approached by Pudding and Chiffon, and Luffy expresses his anger at Pudding for her deception. Pudding tries to get him to listen to her, but falls in love when Sanji greets her, causing Chiffon to tell her to get her act together before Big Mom gets to her feet. Instead, Pudding goes through a mood swing where she becomes murderous again and laughs at the impending doom of the Straw Hats. Chiffon is horrified by this and tries to get her back on track; the part of Pudding in love with Sanji is shocked by the other side of her personality, but eventually slips back into it. Luffy is irritated by this and Chiffon takes the lead, asking Sanji if he could help them make a cake to appease Big Mom, which he agrees to. Pudding confirms Chiffon’s statement, though her murderous personality tries not to, and the Straw Hats are stunned by her behavior.
Trying to get things back on track, Sanji asks where they’re going to make the cake, and Chiffon says they’re going to make it in Chocolat Town on Cacao Island, where they’ll bring it on Big Mom’s ship. He encourages the Straw Hats to run away from Big Mom until that happens, saying that he believes in them. Big Mom, now back on her feet, angrily wonders why Pudding and Chiffon are hanging out with the Straw Hats as she unleashes Ikoku on her enemies again. Sanji tells Luffy that they will meet again at sea and gets on Rabiyan with Pudding and Chiffon as they barely avoid Big Mom’s powerful slash. However, Pudding sees that the Straw Hats are going in the wrong direction, so she flies down to them and points them in the right direction. He then unleashes his devil fruit power on the homies of the Seducing Woods, causing the memories of the people whose souls inhabit them to rush into the friends for a short period of time. While they are confused, Big Mom is unable to control them, allowing the Straw Hats to gain a clear path to the coast. Pudding then notices Sanji on board and quickly becomes conflicted with her emotions again, but Sanji quickly notices Chopper and Brook fighting aboard the Sunny as they sail past it. On the Sunny, Brook and Chopper stand beaten, albeit triumphantly over several chess soldiers, but dudes continue to endlessly pour out of the Sunny’s mirrors. They note that they are probably coming from the mirror in Namie’s room and decide to break it and apologize to her later. Perospero reminds them that the rest of their crew is dead, but Brook doesn’t care to listen to him and prepares to continue fighting for Sunny. Meanwhile, the Straw Hats have finally seen the coast, and in the air Prometheus angrily berates Zeus for his actions earlier, while Big Mom continues her rampage. Outside of Whole Cake Island, Sanji confidently places his trust in his classmates as he goes with Pudding and Chiffon to bake a cake to stop Big Mom.
