Summary:
Sanji races to save a woman who sounds like she’s in danger, only to be trapped by Black Maria and her minions. Meanwhile, Luffy and Jinbe’s allies build a ladder for them to reach the fourth level. On the Live Floor, Big Mom flew onto the roof of the Skull Dome as the Ice Oni continue to rampage through the crowd. However, Zoro is able to defeat Apoa and seize the antibody, and Chopper announces that the infected can stop the virus from spreading by standing near the fire until they create enough antibodies for everyone. Queen tries to shoot him but is stopped by Zoro. Suddenly, the ground begins to shake, and when Yamato, Shinobu, and Momonosuke arrive at the port, they find that Kaidou has lifted Onigashi into the air with clouds of flame and is bringing her to the Flower Capital.
On the third floor, Sanji still hears what he believes is a woman in danger. He runs up the stairs to see the silhouettes of a man untying a woman’s kimono despite her pleas not to. Fearing that he is witnessing sexual harassment, Sanji rushes to save the woman from losing her virginity. However, when he kicks down the door, he finds himself stuck in a spider’s web, as it turns out the man and woman only set him up for a trap. The two kick him in the face before tying him up completely. Sanji is then brought to Black Maria as he demands to be freed. Black Maria refuses to let Sanji turn her banquet into a battlefield, though she says she finds him charming. She asks if he likes her and he says in return that he loves her until he fell completely in love.
Elsewhere on the third floor, Luffy asks Jinbe where Sanji is, and Jinbe replies that he doesn’t know. Meanwhile, two Shinuchis named Mizerka and Poker, who ate SMILE, which gives them the form of a gorilla and a rattlesnake, are informed that Luffy and Jinbe are on their way to the stairs where they are. Poker is excited because he believes that if he and Mizerka can stop them, not only will it make up for Eustace Kid who passed them, but he believes it can elevate him to Tobiroppo. Unfortunately for them, the former prisoners from Udon provide Luffy and Jinba with a handmade ladder to reach the fourth floor instead, which they accept.
On the Live Floor, Big Mom manages to get to the roof, but Zoro notices that something has fallen out of the hole. After seeing it hit the ground, he looks around and sees the Scratchmen Apoo’s continued hunt for the Ice Oni antidote, and also notices that Omasa has completely become an Oni and Chopper is starting to change. X Drake is still fighting Apoo, but in a split second, Zoro defeats Apoo and gets the antidote. He immediately hands it to Chopper and asks if he can handle the floor yet, which he confirms. Chopper then informs everyone that he figured out how the virus works: Ice Oni fuses with a gas that cools the body, so everyone has to use fire to stop the cooling. He claims to create enough antibodies for everyone, friend and foe alike. The Queen sees this and prepares to shoot Chopper and Apo for not keeping the antidote. However, his weapon is destroyed by Zoro, who angrily tells Queen that he didn’t come all the way to the island to waste time with his stupid game, but to defeat Kaidou, the strongest man in the world.
The ground suddenly starts shaking and Brook asks Zoro if it’s his Haoshoku Haki, which he immediately denies. Robin tells Zoro that she understands how he feels because she too saw what fell through the hole earlier: Kikunoj’s severed hand. Zoro wishes he could fly into the hole, but the king and queen don’t make it easy, just as Marco flies and asks the crew if they need help with anything. The tremors are still felt throughout the island and even beyond as the Heart Pirates are unable to reach the island and help in the fight. Black Maria says he is extremely impatient.
In the harbor area outside the dome, Yamato successfully leaves the castle carrying Shinobu and Momonosuke, but when they reach the harbor, they find no ships available to take them to Wano. Yamato realizes they are too late when Momonosuke asks what he is talking about. Yamato explains that dragons have the power to fly through the air with clouds of flame, meaning that from now on, Kaido levitates the entire island to move it to the Flower Capital.
As for Kaida, he declares that the Kozukis are finished and with Wan as the “New Onigashima” acting as a pirate stronghold, a world of violence has begun.
