Read One Piece Manga Chapter 821

Summary:

The ground shakes and houses begin to collapse. People run to avoid being crushed as Inuarashi orders everyone to stay away from buildings and hold on to trees. Nekomamushi realizes that something is wrong with Zunesha. Luffy and Momonosuke are plagued by a voice calling out to them that only they can hear. Luffy doesn’t understand why no one else can hear the voice, so he asks him who it is as he tells him to hurry up.
Bombarding Zunesha with cannon fire from the water, Jack orders his men to keep hitting the same spot on the elephant’s left front leg. The crew cheers as they see their attacks having an effect, and Jack declares that even an ordinary elephant would stomp at the sight of a lone bee. Jack surmises that due to Zunesha’s advanced age, her skin would be much weaker now. Jack calls the elephant an old relic because the cannons are constantly firing, their goal is to knock the elephant to its knees so it’s easier to get at its head. At that point they would kill it as they saw fit.
Zunesha pleads with anyone who hears her voice to issue a command. Luffy cries out in frustrated confusion, demanding to know who is telling him this and what it means. Nami asks Luffy who he’s yelling at since no one else can hear any voice. Angry, Luffy states that all he can do is hear the voice, as his unknown owner isn’t listening. Pedro recalls that Roger and Oden said the same thing as Luffy when they visited Zou. They could only hear but not speak to the disembodied voice. Momonosuke then has a vision and sees Jack attacking Zunesha. He quickly tells everyone what he saw as well as their location and numbers. Everyone is surprised by Momonosuke’s statement, as well as the fact that Jack survived his skirmish with the marines. Kin’emon asks how Momonosuke knew, and the frightened child simply says that they got into his head.
Zunesha warns everyone of the danger they would be in if the pain from the attack caused him to fall. Inuarashi orders the deployment of the country’s ships with the intention of fighting Jack at sea. Momonosuke then realizes that the voice he hears is Zunesha. He begins to relay the story Zunesha tells him. Once upon a time, Zunesha committed a crime. As punishment, it was not allowed to do anything except walk and could only act on orders. Zunesha now asks for an order, an order to engage the attacking enemy. Luffy tells Momonosuke to give the order and says that if he doesn’t they will all end up at the bottom of the sea and tells him to scream as loud as he can. Momonosuke tells Zunesh not to give up and gives the order to retaliate against Jack. Zunesha slams her foot back into the water, saying that she understood, and with a single swing of her hull, Zunesha destroys the attacking ships. The ships are blown to pieces and crash into the sea, while Jack and his crew are sent flying.
Bariete watched the total destruction of the fleet from his lookout. After a few moments, the mood returns to calm as the people try to figure out what happened to the attacking fleet when Momonosuke notices that he can no longer hear the voice. Bariete then relays what he saw through his binoculars to the rest of the village. Inuarashi is amazed at the fact that Zunesha had a will of his own. As Momonosuke sleeps on Robin’s lap, Kin’emon takes the opportunity to ask if Oden knew about his son’s ability to hear voices. Luffy breaks the silence by asking why everyone seemed down. Nekomamushi decides that they need to find out how Jack was able to find Zou or the humans might be susceptible to another attack. Luffy gives him some encouragement, pointing out how great it is to have an elephant on his side. Luffy then states that they are leaving and asks for a lot of food.
On an island in the New World, Den Den Mushi rings. When she is answered, Scratchmen Apoo informs Kaida that communication with Jack is no longer available.
