Summary:

All the royals attending Levely arrived at Mary Geoise. Vivi, Rebecca, Shirahoshi and Dalton talk about how much they like Luffy.
In Impel Down, Doflamingo is in solitary confinement, wondering if an assassin is coming to kill him to keep the Mary Geoise National Treasure a secret. Deep inside Mary Geoise is a straw hat.
Bondola rises to the top of the red line, and merfolk are advised to use boosted bubbles to advance from there. A group of royals marvel at the sheer scale of the architecture around them as they climb the steps to the gates of Mary Geoise’s Holy City. As Shirahoshi is overwhelmed by the artificial forest in the city, the guards hand the merfolk handles and tell them to hold on as the ground begins to move beneath them.
Sterry immediately panics, thinking it’s an earthquake, and begs for someone to protect him. Prince Fukaboshi explains that he is actually called the Travelator, which allows the earth to move. However, Fukaboshi, Shirahoshi, and the rest of the Ryugu Royal Family decided to take the normal route, seemingly to enjoy the scenery and look at the forest. As Sterry continues on the Travelator, he mocks the Neptune family for their seeming fear of modern conveniences and talks about wanting to introduce the Travelators to the Kingdom of Goa, mistakenly calling them “rabble-rousers”. However, Fukaboshi mentally notices the disturbing presence he receives from the Travelator, who is revealed to be powered by slave labor underground.
As the Ryugu royal family arrives at the front gate of the Pangea Palace, Charlos watches them from his family’s palace, intrigued by Shirahoshi’s size and beauty. Inside the palace, at Mingling Plaza, royals and their bodyguards from around the world chat and get to know each other. Shirahoshi becomes the center of attention, with the participants complimenting her on her beauty and trying to get her to marry one of their sons. Unsure of how to get them to leave her alone, Shirahoshi tells them that they are “not her type”, insulting the royal family and shocking Fukaboshi and Ryuboshi. As Fukaboshi tries to patch things up, Ryuboshi pulls their sister aside and tells her that she needs to learn not to insult them or she’ll cause an international incident, but Shirahoshi can’t imagine her lying just for Ryuboshi to make sure she isn’t. t lie, but simply sweep them away.
Meanwhile, Vivi and Karoo meet Rebecca and her bodyguard Leo, with Vivi calling Leo cute, much to his annoyance as he claims to be one of Luffy’s henchmen. Rebecca marvels at how the Straw Hats have traveled to so many different places, as Vivi notes that they are actually good people, despite their reputation as pirates. Vivi then notes how after reading what happened in Dressrose, she realized that the Straw Hats saved them too, which Rebecca and Leo tearfully confirm.
Overhearing them talking, Shirahoshi asks if they mentioned Luffy, despite Ryuboshi’s warning not to mention their friendship with Luffy since he is a pirate. Rebecca confirms that they know Luffy as Ryuboshi keeps asking them to stop saying his name as they all say how indebted they are to Luffy. On the other side, Igaram, Viola and Fukaboshi are talking to each other and notice how all three princesses are becoming friends due to their mutual friendship with Luffy.
Sai then comes to greet Rebecca and Leo before telling Leo that he plans to cut ties with his country after Levely. Their conversation is interrupted by the arrival of Wapolo and his queen Kinderella. As Wapol continues to taunt Vivi and King Cobra, Dalton and Dr. Kureha appear and tell him to stop the boring insults before greeting Vivi, who is happy to see the two again. Wapol tries to intimidate Dalton by calling him a servant, but Dalton transforms and tells him they’re on the same level before talking to Vivi and Rebecca about Luffy, ignoring Wapol’s insults.
Elsewhere, on Level 6 of Impel Down, Doflamingo lies in a solitary cell guarded by Magellan, wondering aloud when the World Government will send assassins to kill him so he won’t tell anyone about the Mary Geoise National Treasure. Doflamingo then says that it doesn’t matter because power doesn’t last long and rots faster than people realize. In Mary Geoise, a lone figure carrying Luffy’s new wanted poster opens the door to a freezing vault. Once inside, the vault is revealed to contain a single item: a massive, character-sized straw hat.
